Beginner Level - This standing Zookinesis exercise series is for beginners. There are many individual exercises which are repeated several times each, with a separate section of instructions. The Laughing Dragon brings feeling back to parts of the body which have become stiff. It reduces aches and pains, improves your ability to move and improves balance.
