You will learn fluidity within the body, the specific lines of force of each movement and martial applications, developing your attention to work seamlessly with the body, fluid stepping, the specific action of each muscle and joint of the body for each movement - and much, much more. Bob Klein will use the William C. C. Chen 60 movement Yang form to teach these principles, but they are applicable to any form and to Qigong.
